That's awesome, Tex! You have helped countless people, including me. You are a such a blessing to so many! Glad your Dr was open and willing to be curious and experiment. It makes me so sad that Dr's don't get real nutrition training and even the nutrition degrees are predicated on the food pyramid and other political food nonsense rather than science, experimentation, and data.
