Well, I finally figured out how to clear my "cache" in Mozilla and it didn't help me either. I didn't waste too much time looking for it in Netscape. IE didn't have the problem to begin with. I clear the "cache" there often.

Perhaps it does have to be rebooted as you said.

Also, if you're already logged on, or if you are using auto-login, you may have to log off, clear the cache, and then log on manually, because auto-login probably bypasses the initial cookie check.
