Be sure to follow the directions very carefully on that Medrol.
It can be very dangerous to just take YOURSELF off of it, so work with your doctor on that. Guess you already know that, but just didn't want to leave anything to chance. Luce

Dee i hope you get this sorted and cleared before christmas cos its gonna make you so miserable...Its good trying to analyse this yourself and im sure you are pretty good at that but i agree wiith the other threads you need to see your doc and get tested for allergys...hope you get shot of this soon dee...

The Medrol is the 6 day dose pack where you start out taking 6-4mgs and then dose down the next 5 days.
I still am having out breaks of the hives.
When I'm done with the Medrol, and if I'm still experiencing the hives, then back to the doctor I go for the next step.
I did have my doctor that prescribes my Remeron, write a script out for the specific manufacturer of the brand that I always took, before my mail in switched manufacturers on me , just in case, that could be the problem. I've had problems with other filler ingredients before, so I figured it's worth a shot to investigate the Remeron, also.

I'm sorry you are still having hives. I hope they are not bothering you too bad so you can get through the holiday season.
