I emailed Turtle Mountain again and told them as a paying customer with food intolerances, it is my right to know what the natural flavors are derived from.
Here is their 2nd reply.
I am happy to inform you that our natural flavors do not contain any Barley or Malt.
It pays to be persistant!! LOL!!!!
I figure if you want me to purchase it, you can tell me what's in it!!!

You GO girl! I can't believe it when companies react like that. Persistence does pay off.

Thanks for the ingredients list on the ice cream. I'll try some next time I go to Whole Foods (Whole Paycheck!).

I just saw the So Delicious Coconut Yogurt at a local chain for $2.39! I can't believe there was such a big price difference from Whole Foods regular $.99 price.
