You truly have all your ducks in a row, and you're the master (or is it mistress?) of your destiny. Most people would be complaining about having to move, and viewing it as an unpleasant chore (I dang sure would. ). Instead, you look at it as another opportunity to move to a better location, rather than thinking of it as a challenge. I wanna be just like you when I grow up.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Situations like this help my attitude alot . . . . .
yesterday morning i start looking on the net for places for rent and this gem (i use the term gem loosly) has a photo of the toilet as the main photo!!
i wondered if that was real estate code for 'this place is crap'
I laughed so hard when i saw it, i almost spat my coffee onto the keyboard and screen!
Ha-ha-ha - that's too funny - if it wasn't for the fact that the toilet paper looks like it's about to run out (and I don't see a replacement within reach), I'd say that's a perfect place for people like us .
Love,
Kari
P.S. I second Tex's comment about your attitude!!!

Maybe estate agents are on to something by featuring "The Throne Room"...... what with exponential rises in DXs for Celiac, MC, gluten sensitivity etc., etc.....
