Hi all,
Anyone with soy sensitivity still able to tolerate Vit E supplementations containing E derived from soy? If so, which brand and product did you find didn't bother you?
I'm a bit concerned about the fact that it's a fat soluble vitamin, since so many of us with severe SMALL bowel involvement may be deficient in this particular vitamin, particularly early on in the healing process, but not limited to that time frame, particularly if we are a little older and have had the damage longer.
I know that when I used to eat those gf rice bars, that I didn't feel as good afterwards. They can have soy as one of the possible oils that are used to make the bars. As has been stated here so often, we know that we seem to have problems with the oils that we, theoretically, shouldn't have problems with.
Anyone able to tolerate the soy-derived E though they have a soy sensitivity? Thanks! Luce
