Okay, for anyone interested, I have an appointment scheduled with a neurologist, at 1:10 pm, on July 28th, (next Tuesday, IOW).
We'll see if he has any idea what's going on.

Galahad----I am very happy that U are following thru with a neuro. So in other words U are NOT feeling that great--and it is always better to be safe than sorry!!!!

No, actually, I'm feeling fine, now, (except for a slight numbness/tingling in the right side of my lip. I requested the appointment because you, and Polly, and several other members, insisted that I needed to do that, (and Lou, of course), and we all know that this board is a good place to get sound advice, so how could I ignore that?

He's from a smaller hospital, that was recently "bought" by the hospital where I visited the ER, on Sunday. There's no way that I could see one of the neuros at the main hospital, because they're short-handed, so any prospective patient has to go through a screening process, (handled by their doc), before being "accepted" there. I'm not "bad" enough to get accepted there, and even if I were, it would probably take months, to get an appointment.
Anyway, that's how I was able to get a "quick" appointment.

I was also impresssed with how quickly you were able to get an appt. (Sometimes it takes weeks or even mos., so I was worried about that). Very resourceful thinking on your part to go with the "auxilliary" hospital.
You will have quite a number of folks here anxious to hear your update after the Tues. appt. Did you see the number of views on your original post???
Nothing like having your "life in the street" - HAHAHAHAHA. Seriously, I hope you are able to get some answers. At least you will have an opinion from an appropriate professional, so I, for one, will rest more easily.

Maybe whenever we feel that anyone here needs a lecture, we can pull out the "big gun", Lou. I'll bet he can be very convincing, and in a gentlemanly way, too. Hi, Lou!

No, I hadn't noticed the number of views. Obviously, a lot of people are interested in reading your opinion about the risk of an overdose of vitamin D3, (after all, that's what the subject line was about).
That might be a good idea - to have an expert lecturer "on call", for the times when someone needs a "good lecture". We might have to set up a new forum for that. We could have "guest" lecturers, also, in order to incorporate other viewpoints, from time to time.
