want to share some products I've found

Post by bevfromwa »

In an attempt to give back some of the help I've received from this board, wanted to mention a few things I've found that could help someone else.
Mayo--Best Foods Canola is gluten and soy free--it does have eggs, but seems to work fine

If you use chicken or beef bases to make stock or cook with, www.integrativeflavors.com has a good selection, not cheap, but what is. Click on "buy online", then food bases, then chicken or beef. I found beef #823 and chicken #206 have good flavor and none of the no-nos. Some people like the low sodium, but I think you need to use more of it to get any flavor, just my personal opinion.

Tex mentioned in a post to someone that B12 and B vitamins are good for MC. It is difficult to find products that meet our special needs, but found that Pure Advantage has a B12 spray that is reasonable, has 175 servings. Also, Jarrow has a B called B-Right that is free of things we can't eat. I found both of these available at iherb and at vitacost, my 2 favorite on line places to find vitamins, and also they both have lots of GF etc. products.
Hope this will be of use to some of our members. Bev
