I U all to a terrific family~~--I have been trying to catch up but I know that U couldn't have found a more informative---place where U can help yourselves back to *LIVING*---

As been said--tis trial and error---a crap shoot (no pun intended ) and what works for one doesnt work for the other---

We have learned from each other and as much as we can we try to help~~~

Of course -much kudos to dear Wayne (who has been thru hell) but bounced right back to the keyboard to continue his great helping words of advice~~

I second Barbara's thoughts since I cannot log on all the time and have missed ing our new members. And many, many thanks to Wayne who keeps us all together.

Sit back, relax (very important since stress is a big trigger) and ask what you need to and investigate all of the rooms of the board - there is a wealth of information here.

I so appreciate your warm welcomes to us newbies. After all these years of working through this condition on my own, and not knowing one other soul who has MC, to find others , especially such wise and knowledgable others, is a true godsend.
