I have been very happy with their mixes and look forward to the Bisquick. The Hamburger Helper is not up my alley but might try it with ground turkey.

I'm sort of with you on the Hamburger Helper, they tend to put way too much salt in the pre-packaged stuff. I find it heartening to see one of the larger manufacturers of baking products and other foods take a lead. Obviously they can see a way to profit, as they should. But the larger picture is the more that enter the GF food arena that competition will eventually help to bring down prices.
