How Wheat Can Cause Problems For Anyone

Post by tex »

Hi All,

According to Dr. Briffa, eating bread during the day can cause problems for anyone, not just those who are sensitive to it. Obviously, these are a different type of problems than the kind that we are used to, but nonetheless, the insulin surge that refined wheat flour causes, can have a big effect on productivity and quality of life:

Obviously, there are other health benefits to be gained by cutting wheat out of the diet. So why do so many health professionals, and other so-called "experts", feel obligated to constantly campaign against anyone removing gluten from their diet, if they don't have a celiac diagnosis? Maybe they're worried about job security.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
