all good so far, digestion has been good all week, had no issues taking food and small amt of liquid in my carry on bag. Had letter from doctor stating i had multiple food intolerences, and notation on my itinerary that dietary requirements can not be guarenteed. So that was a big relief. I think i am starting to get excited!

have survived first 12 hours. No actual catering supplied for me on board, they had spare gf meal for supper, i was able to eat the rice, and my corn cakes. If i could eat fruit namely bananas, they had heaps of them. The no fruit is what makes this a bit tricky. They had nothing to offer me for breaky other than fruit. I hope there is something on the next flight, it is 13 hrs.

I am in hong kong, and the treat of the day is that ant has given up his sunday sleep in and is heading out to meet up.

this is gabes - using ants computer.
we have just had the most delightful picnic in hong kong airport - ant is buzzing on the expresso.....

yes ant did bring rice cakes and smoked salmon and it is very decadent (almost like english high tea)

Joan - yes i have photos! and dead bunny foo foo makes an appearance.

Joe - i am sure that i am going to be living on ricecakes and apple juice for the next 20 hours!

Gabes could not risk the salmon, so it was only rice-cakes and expresso! But, we feed each other ideas, stories and gossip - far more nourishing!!!
