I am so glad to see more and more Gluten Free bakeries starting and this one is particularly wonderful with it's goal to hire teens with autism. Thanks for posting the "good" news, Joan. :grin:

This is so great that they are employing people with handicaps and also finding them a path in life. $5 for a muffin probably sounds extreme to most but then again most of us know the prices for good GF product.
