IT is awesome as to how your body can justmold into the YOGA poses-----and how good U feel about yourself being able to do----first time I came home it was hop in the nice warm water to relax--

My friend and I also go to yoga classes when we meet in Arizona--and when I get home I go to classes where my teacher JO-TEE (cus I cant pronounce her name correctlety-
just relaxes one with the tones of her voice---and then the ending is awesome---lying on the floor--listening to the most relaxing music makes U feel like U are just floating away~~~and not wanting to get up and go home--

Do give it a try~~~

Barbara, you already are calming me! I am going to look into classes again or at least get my tapes out. You are so right how soothing it is to your whole body. You are so encouraging and fearless at standing up for your rights.

My handicapped daughter is having an MRI this week (finally; had to get approval with the insurance  ) for a certain kind of breast cancer so Yoga would definitely be in order. Will be glad once we know the outcome.

Thanks for your support, Ginny

Ginny---I never thought that I could do yoga--sometimes I am sorta clutsy  plus I also thought *yoga*? --I surprised *me* as to what my body can do---
this is where Mr. Louie is the balancing of the see saw----*yes U can do anything when u set your mind to TRYING.....

Isnt it frustrating when U have to deal with getting OK'S from insurance companies!!!!

Yes, please be sure to let us know how your daughter makes out with the testing for breast cancer--I might have missed the posting of her issues but I shall keep her in my prayers--
How old is she?
and do let her know that we are all thinking of her!!!!

Take care of yourself--

Thank you for your thoughtfulness. She is 43; a mentally challenged adult that lives with us. She is a beautiful person like your granddaughter. We consider ourselves very blessed. Please keep her in your prayers; she is a little anxious about having the MRI. She does not understand the ramifications of what "could" happen.

Your Louie sounds like my DH; he's a get-up-and-do person and people come to him all the time to handle difficult situations.

I'm so glad you mentioned about Yoga the other day because I thought that is just what I need  I will keep you posted! Ginny
