It's an IBS drug but I find it helps.

Hi Rich,

You are right, it is often used with IBS; however, it can certainly be helpful whenever one has muscle spasms in the gut. And muscle spasms can be a part of MC, too. I would be concerned if your doc were treating you only for IBS, but since you are receiving appropriate treatment for MC, go for it!
