Trying to find an article, can you help?

A few weeks ago I ran across an article on the web that talked about why gluten causes bad reactions to some people. I think it had something to do with grains being genetically altered over the years?
Anyway I can't seem to find the article anywhere now, does anyone know what article I'm talking about, and where I can find it?
