YAY.....Pain free

Post by fillard1 »

I will not reccomend this for anyone but

I totally stopped taking all meds given to me for this, as i was a lab rat for my Dr, trying all kinds of meds that ended up making things worse!

I have found what foods cause the problems for me and stopped eating them.

In less than 2 weeks I have rid myself of the cramps, most of the pain and the Big D!!!

For me it was caffene, raw veggies & fruit and lactose.

Hail to the natural way of healing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

woo hoo! congratulations......
it feels good hey.....

I dont want to dampen the parade but be aware that some other intolerence MAY now show themselves ... In my case i would be good for a few weeks and then have a minor flare, i realised that yeast was a trigger, same again removed yeast, was good for few weeks and then have a minor flare, soy was the trigger. I hope this doesnt happen to you.

Hi FIllard, way to go! Nothing like feeling better and the natural way

I hope this continues for you. As Gabes mentioned watch out for the underlying intolerances, I found about 7 during this process.

Congratulations! Doesn't it feel great?

However, I am with Gabes and Joe in looking out for any other hidden intolerances. Sometimes after eliminating we feel great and then another will rear its ugly head.

Wonderful news.

I went with diet only to get to remission. It was very slow.

I did have soy intolerance show up a month or two after I went gluten free.

Congrats! Another case of taking your medical care into your own hands... so many of us were lab rats.. and "problem patients" to our doctors.
