Hi Kari,
Actually, your comments inspired me to do the MRT (mediated release test). I think you are in the same category with Gloria and me (and a few others here) with regard to the large number of food sensitivities we have. Did you post your results somewhere? If so, let me know where. Otherwise, I'd love to hear more about your experience. How many foods were the most reactive? The least? What was your biggest surprise? Where are you now in terms of addressing your intolerances?
I can't wait to learn more and be able to fine tune my diet.
Love,
Polly

Hi Polly,
I have posted an update on the "Good News" thread - thought it would make the most sense to keep the story of my MC "journey" in one place - as much for myself as for someone else. If you scroll back in the thread, you'll see my list of highly reactive and moderately reactive items, as well as my sentiment about them.
Good for you that you're doing the test. Of course, it is not perfect, but I believe it has a high degree of accuracy. The biggest bonus for me has been the elimination of the guess work. It's so incredibly hard to figure it all out by yourself, can't imagine how you were able to do it??? I was down to eating 4 items, and was still reacting - just couldn't seem to figure out a single "safe" item.
Anyhow, good luck to you with your MRT results - can't wait to hear about your results!!!
Love,
Kari
