Yup, my doctor wasn't pleased at all that a patient would come in with printed research studies. Personally, I'm done with this woman. I've located another GI in town. I'll tread lightly, but I wish there was something like this for (at least) Crohn's disease if not IBD or MC. I did bring in the research study by Dr. Jill Smith (?) but she was unimpressed and felt that this medication was like Suboxone, which is a medication similar to Methadone where a patient has to be weaned off of it. It was then that I started to feel like an addict trying to score from a GI doc.
