Shame on you. Don't you know that articles such as that piss off most celiac doctors, and celiac "purists".
Celiac docs as a group are a hard-headed bunch, but I think that enough research on this topic is being published these days, that eventually even they will see the light.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
That was just posted by someone on my GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group).
I haven't been able to attend a meeting, yet, because dog obedience school is the same time. :-(
In a few weeks, a GI from my doctor's practice will be speaking. I would so like to ask him if my doc shared any of the PP info with him.
