Rice Krispie Treats

Post by dgshelton »

I just made gluten free, dairy free, soy free rice krispie treats with the new gluten free rice krispies and the are so yummy! I used earth balance dairy free, soy free spread and jet puffed mini marshmallows. My non-gluten free son has already eaten 3 of them!

Hugs,
Denise

Denise,
That sounds really good. My old favorite candy bar was Nestle's crunch bar. Has anyone every made the Rice Krispie treats with a dairy free chocolate? My sweet tooth is craving some goodies.

You've inspired me. I've got all the ingredients to make them at home.

Nancy - I was thinking about putting the Enjoy Life mini-chips on them and then forgot to do it when I made them. I'll have to try to make them again with the mini-chips. Enjoy Life has an allergy free version of Nestle crunch. It's really good.

Hugs,
Denise

I've never tried them with cocoa pebbles. I bet those are good. I'm going to have to get another box of rice krispies, since my son has finished off this batch. I'm going to use the enjoy life chips this time, too.

Hugs,
