Well I didnt have correct info----

Lynn's friend owns an apartment building----so she offered the apartment to Kait--which Kait didnt hesitate in saying YES!!!!!
BUT the hubby of this friend decided to increase the rent another $300.00 dollars!!!!
Can U imagine anyone being so damn greedy-- plus knowing Kait's issues and how desperately she wants her own place--

So thats down the tubes-----well I am certain a *better* door shall open for her---she has retreated back to her room--and her bed has become her best friend again~~~~--
And Kris is doing amazing in college----I have to get the Xact wording as to the workings she will be doing after graduation---this will really knock ya socks off~~~~

Barbara, so very sorry that the apt didn't work out. I know Kait was terribly disappointed. Perhaps something else will break for her.

I'm a little suspicious of the friend's husband's motive. I think it's pretty unusual to increase rent by that much in one month. What a cruel thing to do to Kait. I hope she can find another location.
