New Cookbook

This new cookbook http://amongfriends.us/recipes2.php looks interesting. It is low carb and gluten free and is a collaboration of a group of people including Dr. Briffa and Maria Emmerich, whose recipes I've used and enjoyed in the past. I know Maria doesn't use much, if any, grains either, preferring coconut flour, almonds, flax, etc.
They're taking pre-orders for Christmas delivery.
