GERD and C

I am FIRMLY in their grips. I have followed Gabes' instruction to the letter. If the GERD begins I take some baking soda in water.
I haven't taken a pain pill since yesterday morning to allow things to move. I don't seem to be able move either (no pun intended).
Thoughts?

Did you see my test results? Doesn't leave me much to eat. It's really going to be a challenge.
