Has anyone tried this? The reviews seem favorable.

Organic Explore Asian Bean Pastas cook up to a perfect Al Dente texture and unlike most gluten free pasta, this product does not easily overcook. Ingredients: Organic black beans, water.

Deb,
Never heard of this, but it sounds very interesting to me, as I do well with beans. Please post an update if you decide to try it.
Thanks,
Kari

"My mouth waters whenever I pass a bakery shop and sniff the aroma of fresh bread, but I am also grateful simply to be alive and sniffing." Dr. Bernstein
I have tried that! Even got some left in the cupboard.
I cooks well and tastes fine. Doesn't stick together like some GF spaghetti.
Mine had a recipe on the pack for a salad with capsicum which I have served to people, and even my fussy brother went back for more.
DH finds the colour offputting, otherwise I would use it more often.
