i have been eating midel ginger snaps but noticed they have soy in them and feel i should stay away from it.
do people react to these?
I just bought a packet and am dying to taste these?

I stay away from soy, as most of it is so laden with pesticides, etc, and I follow mercola.com, and Dr. Mercola is not a fan of soy. I've learned sooo much from his website, which may help you form an opinion for yourself. He has a search engine on it, so you can look up his articles, and the comments on the articles at the bottom of them, which you can click on, are from people who are very astute, usually.
I found this website again through googling. I had a virus on my computer and lost the address to this site, so am glad to be back. Between having a very sick 86 yr. old mother since May & my computer virus, I've been having more D, so need to get back to work on this MC more.
