I went to WF to get the ingredients to make the zucchini bread. They had a chamber orchestra of young people playing an assortment of pieces. It was pouring outside so a lot of people were taking refuge, eating and listening to music.
But I digress. I need potatoes (of course) and guess what I forgot? Potatoes!!
The zucchini bread smells and looks great. Haven't tasted it yet because between horrible back pain and the GERD is so bad I feel nauseous. No appetite.
Oh boy! Dementia progressing...

I hope you feel better soon, so that you feel like tasting the bread, later.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
I've been in it for a LONG time! It just gets worse.
The cake is pretty good. Like everything I have to get used to new flavors and forget about the ones I loved before MC.
But, new flavors aside, it came out well. Baking in my little oven took much less time than indicated by the recipe. So far it hasn't hit my stomach like the other one did. That took about 15 minutes.
