Easy MC Friendly Snacks w/Calories

Post by Kari »

Hi everyone,

I've been running around all morning getting ready for Thanksgiving, so I have been snacking quite a bit. Here is what I had:

One 17.5 fl. oz. can Amy & Brian All Natural Coconut Juice (120 calories)
One 1 7/8 oz. bag Lay's Classic Potato Chips (300 calories)
One 1.15 oz. single serving pouch Justin's Classic Almond Butter (200 calories)

That's a total of 620 calories  !!! Since I'm hoping to gain a few pounds, that realization pleased me tremendously. I know many of you cannot eat one or more of these snack items, but thought I'd share my experience with you anyway, since the topic of how to get extra, convenient, MC friendly calories seems to come up frequently.

Love,
Kari

Wow, that does sound like an easy 600+ calories!

I'm a little underfed today - catching up with the meat cupcakes I made, while the turkey stock (for gravy) was simmering. I need something to get me through to the actual Thanksgiving meal!

Hope you're well, and wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving,

Sara
