eggs, toast and ice cream?

Post by Lesley »

That's what I feel like eating tonight - if I were hungry.

Today I have eaten sole and potatoes, only because the GERD is better when I have food in my stomach, for 2 meals. I KNOW I am now sensitive to eating in general, but both meals caused pain and bloating. That weird pain in my side, and now under my ribs, is bothering me. There is no D at the moment because of imodium and a Norco this am (no more for the rest of the day!).

Everything hurts. The pain from my back injury are at the level L4,5 S1 and below on the left side. The pain I am having in my lumbar back is quite different.
The pain from the injury to my L shoulder, now complicated by a rotator cuff injury, is quite different from the pain I have in my upper back and shoulder girdle. Is this all from MC?
And the exhaustion. The staring stupids fatigue though I have not done anything today.

I so don't want to take entocort especially now I am in the process of changing doctors. I feel I need some supervision while on steroids.

OK, daily rant and moan over. I'll try to be better tomorrow.

Thanks Joan. Waiting impatiently. Tex argues perseverance, which I have in spades, and patience, which I have run out of.

I appreciate that.

Thanks Paula!

I am one of those for whom eliminating gluten ONLY is not the solution. It's taking me longer to work through my sensitivities.
