In Arizona, it's springtime. Lots of budding things. I've noticed more phlegm in my throat, but I can't pinpoint it. Is it seasonal? Is it allergies? Is it MC? It's not too annoying and yet I wish I could figure it out. Anyone experiencing this? Btw, I can breathe through my nose, no sneezing, rash or itching of any sort, so I don't think it is mast cell related.

It's hayfever. I get the same symptom if I don take an antihistamine. It's mostly ash, oak, and mulberry, here, right now.
