endochronologist appointment
So, I had my appointment with the endochronologist (because of my IgA results). I am having more blood work done to see if there are other anti bodies that I am not producing and to also test if my adrenal glands are producing enough cortisol. On the good side, I don't get sick very often or get infections ( which could be a symptom of selective IgA deficiency). On the bad side, I already have three auto-immune diseases and we don't know if I might get more ( which is also a symptom)... plus, there is really nothing I can do about it if the levels continue to fall. It's a bit depressing. I will continue to fight the good fight and do all I can to keep my immune system strong.
I will let you know what my blood work shows

It's funny--there are so many conditions that I didn't even know were autoimmune diseases until I got LC. I have asthma and degenerative disc disease and am suspicious of a mast cell issue of some sort. I will be interested to see what your test results show!
