I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO LEAH, more on old food

Post by brandy »

Leah had earlier discussed the problem with "old food" and boy do I wish I had listened! I ate week old broccoli. Big, shall we say explosive mistake! It took me about two weeks to recover from that.

Note that I seem to have a lot less mast cell issues than most members of this forum. I've since tested and if I cook something on Sunday I'm ok eating the leftovers on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday will cause D. My guess is a lot of members on this forum with mast cell issues will have problems eating leftovers on Tuesday.

Hi Brandy. It was weird seeing my name on the headline :) Sorry you had to find out the hard way. I think three days is it for me also. Hope you got over it soon though.
