WOW - thank you all for the birthday greetings!

I have been out of town for a few days so haven't been on here in awhile. I did have a nice birthday. Went out to dinner with a good friend - gluten-free of course, and had no issues! That in itself is a great birthday present. I have everyone here to thank for getting my life back. Still working on more improvement, but am amazed how far I have come.

I hope everyone here is doing well also.
