This looks like a hassle to make but it might be worthwhile to have when traveling.

Very interesting. I can-process my broths and it works fine for me when I travel. I might try to dehydrate the broth sometime. I'm just not sure there's an advantage over canning it.

It was also interesting to read that she reuses bones three times for new batches of broth. I didn't realize that used bones would still produce a decent broth.
