I have some questions regarding my upcoming Tubal Ligation on Thursday the 17th....
I'm having the surgery for the obvious reasons but I just wanted to check in with all of you and see if there's anything I should know/avoid before going in and having it done.
Basically they are going to
-Put me to sleep
-Fill my abdominal cavity with air/gas
-Make an incision in my belly button and one below somewhere
-Go in and put clamps on the tubes
-Close me up etc
So I guess my main questions would be is there anything that you know that I should avoid with this procedure. Such as mainly is it something that poses a risk to me as someone who has MC? Are there any medications I should ask them to avoid? What pain pills are ok for me to take afterwards?
I just want to make sure I'm walking into something that will make my MC worse/flare up. I know there are a lot of thing in life that 'normal' people can do that us with MC cannot so I'm wanting to cover all my bases before I go in and get this done. If anyone believe this is a bad idea for someone like me with MC PLEASE tell me, I will cancel the procedure if it means keeping my health well!
