Probiotics Bio Kult and side effects

I started taking this probiotic about a week ago. I started taking less than half of a capsule every evening. Last night had severe bloating. I thought my stomach was going to explode. I know this is a side effect that can happen with probiotics. I have that as you continue taking them that these side effects will decrease. Has anyone had this experience? Did you continue taking them or give up on it!
