As they say,"Time flies when you're having fun." And while there have certainly been plenty of occasions that were not fun, for the most part, most of us have enjoyed the time that we have spent here, sharing ideas and experiences with each other, and learning more about microscopic colitis with every passing day.
Not many Internet discussion boards survive long enough to see their fifth anniversary, let alone their tenth, so we are fortunate indeed.
Happy Tenth Anniversary Everyone! Gluten-free cake and champagne for all!
Love,
Tex
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Happy Anniversary!!! Thank you for the viral gluten-free cake. But... I am mostly thankful that you (and the others) made this forum possible for those of us who had no place else to go for the life changing knowledge provided here.

This forum saved me. I cannot tell you how very grateful I am, but I sure do love you for all you do for us. I have learned so much from reading the posts, and my tummy feels good. I don't miss wheat, barley, and rye, and I feel healthier than I ever have.
When I was first diagnosed with CC after my colonoscopy, no help was given from the doctor or nurse. I was simply dismissed. So, I searched and found this MC group.
Now, if you would just send me a piece of that GF cake and Champagne, I would be in Heaven!
I too would not have known what to do with my symptoms if I had not come here and found you all. No words can describe what it has meant to feel the love from around the world here and most importantly be listened to and understood because. unless you have experienced the symptoms and personal journey with this Microscopic Colitis it is sure hard outside of this forum to find answers. much appreciation to all the hard work it takes to keep it going. Happy Anniversary.
diagnosed with LC by biopsy
in May 2013 , supplements B complex, Vit C ,Vit D3 Zinc, with a multivitamin, and magnesium to round out the pack.
to be honest i wish i had known about this before 10 Years, or even 5 Years. Would have made things alot easier. People who are just diagnosed
and immediatly find this forum are really lucky. Dont even want to think about how many people dont know about their gluten intolerance etc and suffer alot, need to take heavy medication, steorids etc but everything goes worse and worse.
