We have finished all the stuff here and today Luigi takes me for a 2 mile walk---huff-a-puff--
The gym wasnt bad---I just did the walking machine and watched TV-- while I slowly paddled along--

Out on the road is a totally different strut----my legs were killing me--

I mean just cus he needs to get back into shape---doesnt have to include me---but it was nice to have the headphones and listening to the BEE-GEES--and Glenn Miller---and singing along--

Hope to catch U here---hows Robert doing??? and U too??

Hi Barb

Just got home from shopping (only mostly boring houshold stuff) I have not been on the board a lot lately. Have not been very well. Saw my surgeon last Tuesday & he says I have to try to get the colitis under control before he does anything else. He has referred me to a new GI Doc & I don't see him until 6th January. Am on Entocort. Expecting to get a big fat, round, red face again shortly.



Robert is OK except for his hearing. Even with the 2 hearing aids he has problems. He still walks a couple of miles each morning but I'm not able to go with him at the moment. Would love to but that's just the way it is. Between the CC & the arthritis in my feet I just don't have a chance. Might take up belly dancing for exercise instead.



I can just imagine you trotting along beside Lou & peddling away in the gym.

I usually check in about 6 - 7 am my time. Don't know what that relates to in AZ. Catch up with you soon.
