if you have stability from the bland low amount of ingredients, I would encourage you to stay with it and not rush into expanding your eating plan.
Stability means you are starting to heal, and this takes time. adding ingredients at this stage can set things back to the starting point again.
Laine (hockeymum) makes good recommendation about the enterolab tests and how to minimise the risk of major set back by confirming safer type foods to add in
if this is not possible due to financial reasons then please, stick with the current eating plan, taking Vit D3 and magnesium to optimise healing and give it a few weeks ( or ideally at least 6-8 weeks) before starting new ingredients
