Well---I have to look for this Oriental Ointment that Doug gave me to use!!!

I rubbed it into my left shoulder and it is amazing!!!!

Went into Google and found a few places,in CA., but am sure to find it here or will just order from CA>!!!

RELIEF!!! what a super word in the dictionary

Of course I am continuing to do some of the Xercizers @ home---so that also has been Loosening me up~~~

GRANNY---good luck with coming off the Entorcort!!
I had no luck with that~~~~

And we are OFF again today----with DOUG to go to Costco--gotta get *biscuits* for the grandkids

I am currently taking 3 mg per day. It's working wonders. I've taken it once before and used the same dosage.

I am down to 2 caps per week...things were pretty good until I started to take the low dose of antiobiotic. Grrrr.....sometimes D and sometimes his cousin.

Roughage is starting to bother me again...I had a chicken Caesar salad for dinner the other night...all that romaine...not a good idea. I am supposed to call my GI after Jan. 1st to discuss what to do next....Also, will talk to the dentist to see if I need to stay on the antibiotic. Hope not!

Hi Barb

Is the Oriental Ointment 'Tiger Balm'? I have used that for years & it is quite good for muscular soreness. Sounds as though you are being kept pretty busy.
