Hi Polly,
I wish you many birthday blessings. I hope that you have a happy, healthy year.

You have no idea how much your "Welcome" post means to me. Thank you. MC is so frustrating, and I felt so alone at times. I've been doing some research on MC, and that is how I found this group. It is reassuring to know that there are others who understand, and are actively looking for answers.
