These are awesome books, spiral bound, family friendly, every one I've tried has been good. All gfcf, and maybe other F's, too.

Special Diets for Special Kids, I and II
Lisa Lewis, PhD
for gluten and casein free diets

I got them from the library and photocopies tons of recipes - one for a pita bread that you make with mashed potatoes!
