Just wanted to let you know I saw your recent posts where you said that things are improving a bit. That's wonderful news!
I remember how gradually my MC improved, and I was so excited when I was able to have few extra minutes of time to get to the potty. Just an extra minute or two (slightly less urgency) made such a difference in quality of life. One of the characteristics of MCers is intimate knowledge of every public restroom within at least a 10 mile radius. LOL! (I have even had to pull over when driving and poop on the side of the road in my neighborhood). Whew, I'm glad those days are behind (no pun intended) me! And they will be for you, too. It just takes a while to get there. If nothing else, MC teaches us humility and PATIENCE!
That's probably a good thing that you don't eat much bread. Did you know that they make non-wheat pasta? You can get corn or rice or quinoa pasta. Many of the mainstream grocery stores seem to carry it now.
I'll look forward to hearing more about your progress. Keep up the good work.....as well as that great positive attitude you have!
Love,
Polly
P.S. If you have a chance, I'd love to hear more about your trip to Wales and Ireland. Any photos to share? Nosy, aren't I?
