Hiya!

I was away yesterday. Went to beach for the day (6 hours driving and a 6 hour visit) to spend some time with hubby's sister, who was there visiting MIL. It was actually fun - we got to sit on the beach this time and didn't have to do any yardwork. Gotta run for now, but looking forward to having some time to catch up on the posts I missed. Karen, those links you provided look fascinating. Will enjoy reading them. Mars - did you decide to take the Z Pak? Katy - the "Taste" section of our paper today has a long article on how VT has become the "specialty food" state!

Hi Polly,

That sounds wonderful, sitting by the beach! I love the beach. We live close to the Oregon beaches, beautiful, but not always warm. I feel fortunate to live so close though.

I finally got to listen to the parrot on animal planet Thanks so much, it is sooo cute! :mail:

Jaco, a parrot in Salzburg, could not only speak but seemed to understand grammar. Whenever his person left, Jaco would say "God be with you." But when several people were departing, Jaco would change it to "God be with all of you."
