And knowing that we are always here for U----Just say it like U feel it~~

ME!!! well I can spew it all----my life is an *open book*--
As U have seen when I have an issue---I am here *mouthing away* because I know many will respond----some will just read a post--and some might not--

BUT---IT DOES ME A WORLD OF GOOD TO SAY WHAT IS BREWING IN MY LIFE!!!!

Heck---U know I always threaten Louie--if I leave I take my bedroom set and lamps!!

Now can U see me standing on the corner with a WATERBED and LAMPS--

Hi Barb,

Thanks for that, I will try to stop being so inhibited. It has been a huge problem for me in my life.

Have you heard about the "Secret", it was on Oprah. A dvd and a book. It basically talks about freeing yourself to visualize the kind of life you want, and of course you have to help yourself, and these things will come.
I am going to do this.

My daughter Lynn is an avid Oprah fan----she and 4 other gals have a BOOK CLUB----and many of the books include reading what Oprah praises--

No doubt she will/or will get that book--must ask her~~~

And yes---*visualization* absolutley A-1
Years back Louie--me and 2 other friends took a course called THE SILVA MIND Control----
relaxing into a MEDITATED STATE
VISUALIZation---and many other things--
It was for 2 weekends---

iT WAS AMAZING---OF COURSE i WAS VERY GOOD @ PRACTICING-- then got neglectful BUT when I meditate and visualize it is awesome--and RELAXING~~~~

Give your procedure a *GO*
Every little bit HELPS!!
