Brace a *must* for my falling

Well appears that I am going to be wearing a *full metal jacket*
for 6 weeks--24 hours a day plus sleeping with it--going to get this tomorrow---have no idea what it is composed of but *whatever* --I will do it---this will keep my body STRAIGHT* and not curling over--slouching etc.--

The fractured verterbre *needs* to be kept in place---if not it can compress all the discs and then I would be in for some megga back problems--

He did say----U can take it off a night here and there---

So much for --falling down stairs----

Will pop in to keep caught up with U all--

Bummer. Barbara in a Brace. It's alliterative, but CRUMBY! Hope it will do the trick for healing you with a straight back. Maybe you can get those lidocain patches Oma was talking about.

Dear Barbara,

I feel so bad for you and the "full metal jacket" has been well improved since I wore one back in high school - many moons ago - and did it for 12 weeks. The have a bit more comfort and better fit now but that sure does not make it any easier for you.

I told Frank what happened to you last night and he wanted to know who put the "maloix" (sp?) on you? (the evil eye or the horns). It does not seem the least bit fair the hand you have been dealt.

Take it easy and talk when I get home from VA.
