Well of course it was controlled by me running down--as I heard the tub start to drain (washing machine) shutting the machine--letting the water seep down the pipes and then finish the spin---and the one time I got down and all water spilled over and flooded the room--(good way to wash the carpet tho)

WELL---I have been telling Mr. Louie---*its reaching the TOP again*--Mr. Louie---*dont worry just run down and do what U always do*

SOOOOOOOO today he decides to *REPAIR* the problem and what do U know---the drainage pipe *CA -RUMBLED* in his hand--- Son of a gun---whatta ya know---

now say I to Mr. Louie---who is always running to repair Lynns stuff----*WADDAH bout this place*

so the morale is--be happy that its only the SINK that is RUNNITH over all the time---
