1/2 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 tablesoons dairy free margarine (softened)
2/3 c quinoa flakes
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1 c dairy free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Mix all together and pour into a 9" pie plate.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then turn down the oven to 350 and bake 25 minutes , then test for doneness by inserting a knife in the center that comes out clean and the center is firm. Let cool completely before serving.
