Yes---besides the ball---I have many others Xercizers that I do there---
Usually 2 hours worth--
Like heat---then leg stretching---moving legs like a *windshield* wiper--back and forth---slooooow---
Frank came in and said* Barbara--it isnt POURING out--just a drizzle-

so slow up the *wipers*
Then they do that pulsating machine on both

's sides--
Ride the bike ---and a few yoga poses that are helpful too
Today he said---Barb---bend over and touch toes---almost got there too!!
Then he said---Ok--now bend backwards

said I---*and touch my heels*

Frank was cracking up--

NO!!! just C how far U can bend-backwards without pain!!!

Sounds like Frank has covered all of the bases with your therapy.
I know those darn scaitic problems can take a while to get better.
It would be a defintie NO to surgery unless I'd know it would be done by an expert in it and has done thousands. Even then, I'd want to reveiw the success rates..

Right U are Dee----a day here and there I almost had a

on my face -- but that turned *sour* fast!!!!

Yes, I heard that *S* can take time--but being I never went thru it--and knowing ME

--HOW MUCH TIME???? and NO SURGERY for me--not unless they cant find the CEEMENT---where it was put--

When one is hanging around the house---OK--grin and bear it -take a pill and say

BUT when one is trying to go shopping--walking them supermarkets sorta makes U wanna just stop--sit and

I have done that 2---so Mr. Louie has become the *shopper* and he comes home with the candies---the entermann's doughnuts etc.

Friday he goes in for his *knee* surgery---(miniscus)--so we 2 shall make some pair @ home!!!!!

I will bring him in @ 2pm and our friend Jerry will bring him home--I was going to sit there but the nurse said---by the time they get to him---and then by the time it takes him to get outta *lala* land it will be several hours---so Jerry steps in and says---*U cant sit and wait--I will bring him home* I will go home after they put Lou to sleep!!!!
Jerry is our *angel*

he always is ready to do a good deed---and a man filled with such *giving* of himself--
I sorta thought that I would sprawl out on L.s bed while he is in surgery but the last time it was NO WAY--and I lounged in the waiting area---until he was ready to go--
So we decided that being I might not be in great *form* better I keep OFF the road--
