OK---brief update about Kait

Lynn is still traveling home (5 hour ride) but she did use her cell and give us some bits and pieces--
There was no thing as an *interview* over the phone!!!!
This was a freakin WHOLE day for an INTERVIEW!!!!! And reading the reports on all her surgeries and etc. thus giving Kait the OK to be a candidate--and NO she could not fax all this info to him either!!!
Would be nice if they paid for her GAS!!!!
I do trust that he did some Xamining --pressing on areas or *whatever*

She is a candidate---so now---Lynn needs letters from Kaits *shink* and Psychologist????
This Dr. then will set up a day--and it will be a temporary ON the BACK of her NECK--(something to control pain)---for !!!!30!!!!! days??? to see the degree of how much the pain is lessened-- THEN-----back again to New Hamp. after the 30 days --to have surgery to implant it under the skin of the neck!!! assuming this will be a stay over *day* time~~~

I guess it be the fact the Lynn and Kait had to make this god awful trip--in one day---just for consultation~~~

Gramps was going to drive them but he had heart consultation---just a yearly thing after the stress test---luve this heart doctor---he takes his time---talks--and answers all Questions one has to ask---

Morning Again Barbara,

You think they would have let her know it was only an interview that would take all day and not to plan on an instant decision. Glad though that she is granted the "candidacy" slot. Hope this helps but wish it was longer term. I think I am totally fed up with the medical world - especially when it comes to Kait.
